Examine all of the nerve-wracking circumstances from the perspective of a curious observer. What is actually occurring here? What do I need to do to change things for the better here? Is it really worth loosing sleep or giving myself an ulcer? If it isn't what are you going to do about it?
Life is to be lived not something we merely survive bouncing from one catastrophe to another. Balance is often the answer.
Not getting to caught up in the drama of our day to day lives goes a long way to prevent anxiety panic attacks from occurring.

Life is supposed to be a chance to explore who we really are what is possible for us to achieve. Challenges are part of the deal. Challenges are a good thing and help us grow and experience more of life. They aren't something to dread and keep us awake at night in a cold sweat as we imagine the sky falling.
Make it a daily practice to challenge yourself to accept the challenges life deals up. Even if the outcome is not exactly what you would have liked, you develop yourself by putting yourself to the test of embracing challenges and doing your best.
